Week 23: Just Another Emotional Girl

I fall under the girl stereotype with many things, and diverge from it in other ways as well.
I am....

  • I'm VERY emotional
  • Women in today's society are seen as confident and empowering (feminism). I am in the middle of the old stereotype, accommodating, and today's stereotype, empowering.  
  • People think that women need a man. The saying "behind every great woman is a great man" only applies to me because of GOD. My happiness isn't from a male that society thinks I need. I sure as hell don't need a man.
There are so many stereotypes that I fit into, but there are others that i don't. 
I encourage people of any gender to be their best!!!

    I think it took/takes women a long time to feel confident and empowered because of the stereotypes around us. We are thankfully moving away from them. And anyone that says a woman needs a man in her life is full of it. I hate crap like that.

Week 6: We are Meant to be Oblivious

The many mysteries of our existence are owned up to theories like evolution, creation, and other crazy things. I think that humans are meant to be oblivious to our past. We just need to move forward.  We don't truly know our past so we can find hopes to live. I look at the human race as a science experiment. Will it fail? Will it succeed? We don't know. We have hope that we will exist for a long time, but that most likely will not happen. We are so fragile and doomed to be taken by the power of the universe. Our hopes makes us feel like we are invincible. And what hope would we have if we found out that we were actually an accident by the forces of the universe? We are just random particles that evolved into living things and will eventually become random particles again. How would you feel? Would you have hope to make the life for the human species better and last longer? Or would you just not care?

Week 28: A Room for the New Baby

Some of you may not know,  but my step-mom is pregnant again. We have new room for the baby we have now, let alone another. I would LOVE to move, but if we had unlimited resources to build an additional room, my dad would definitely take advantage of the opportunity! I would help my dad build the room for the new baby. We would make it big enough for Eden and the new baby to share. It would have a cool crib that transforms into a bed when Eden is big enough. We would make it nature-themed to make it seem like the room is in the rain forest. It would have lighting fixtures to make it look like any type of weather. It would also have star lights. The sound system would make it seem even more realistic. Eden would have so many cooler toys and a walk-in cave to fit his toys in.
